With the expertise of a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound, ostomy, and foot care, W.O.L.F. Care services expand to surrounding communities, nursing facilities, home care settings, private duty services, and clinics.
Our Founder

Candice Lewis, DNP, FNP-C, CWON, CFCN
Founder and Clinical Director
Candice Lewis is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound, ostomy, leg, and foot care.
She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Kansas City Kansas Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Kansas Medical Center with a specialty in Family Nurse Practice in December 2025 and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP-C) in March 2026 .
Through the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Society, she is certified in wound, ostomy, and foot care.
With over 16 years of nursing experience across acute care, long-term care, and home settings, she is committed to improving outcomes, educating medical professionals, and mentoring future healthcare providers.

The practice focuses on delivering high-quality care, educating medical professionals, and mentoring youth while improving access to specialized services.
Mission Statement
WOLF Care Clinic and Spa will salvage the most sacred while providing care and assessing the integrity of the skin in reference to wounds, ostomies, legs, and feet. Clinicians uphold honor and appreciates individualized care related to the people who are in our care.
Community Impact

We provide wound, ostomy, leg, and foot care services to underserved and indigenous populations impacted by social determinants of health locally, nationally, and globally.
Youth Life Care Center (YLCC)
A mentorship program for youth ages 10 to 18 offering education, support, scholarships, and volunteer opportunities in healthcare.
